One of the first ideas we had was a gymnasium with the newest workout machines and instalations. The localization was going to be in some place close to Torrelodones, due that this town has no gymnasiums. Also, We thought of having a special zone for rehabilitation and massages, where people could relax their muscles. It would count with a qualificated team , which includes personal trainers and nutricionists to make it easier for the clients to get motivated and confident with the team. The programation of group classes for dance, yoga, aerobic and other exercises. We liked the idea because we want to promote the exercise and the health care in people.
IDEA´S JUSTIFICATION:
It seemed a good idea because it was interesting and innovative, it was influenced by the localization because many people are looking for gymnasiums in Torrelodones so they don´t need to go to other towns. We repudiate it because not everyone in the team was agree with the idea because they are not related with its functions. The other problem would be face the costs due that we would need a lot of machines, a huge local and many teachers, personal trainers and nutricionists.
Another idea was to open an online clothing store with free delivering service that has clothes from different countries and lots of different kinds in many prices. We thought of having clothes from countries with different style that would be original and people would be interested of. The online site would have a clothes list and you can choose if you want to look clothes in a price range or by the type of clothes such as sports or special events. The localization would be a huge stock outside downtown because we wouldn´t be able to have all the different kinds of clothes in a small shop in a mall.

We thought it was an original idea because there are not as many online shops as it should, and they dont offer variety and low prices. The idea didn´t convinced us because it would be a problem to find a big stock to keep our shop. Also many other problems as having to contact to other shops so they can send us their clothes and stuff. It would cost a lot of money and we weren´t sure wether if the shop was going to succed or not and we didn´t want to go out of bussiness.

It would count with many designs for cakes and cupcakes.We thought to make a small bussiness in Torrelodones because its a peaceful town and the clients would be close to us so it is easily to design every order with their wills. We liked the idea of a pastry because everyone wanted to have a business related to cooking and restoration. We would have many different products from muffins and cupcakes to cookies and cakes.

Like the rest of the ideas, we liked the pastry due that we want to build a bussiness related with food. The reason we didn´t choose this idea was because only wealthy clients would come and we didn´t want to cook just treats and sweets, we want to offer many diffrent products, thats why we change the idea of a pastry for the idea of a restaurant that would cover all of our hopes. The problem of the pastry is that we have to offer just one kind of products, we repudiate the rest, and in this period of crisis people don´t buy products in pastries that much, just in special ocassions.

IDEA´S DESCRIPTION:
From all the ideas we have thought, we choose the idea of making a restaurant, because everyone liked it.
The role of the restaurant we had in mind would offer many types of food and cheap prices, and our special dish would be the pizzas. Also, it would have many diary and weekly offertsas well as the student´s menu and special discounts since we want to have young clients. We thought of having a special topic that would be the 60-70´s, based on the hippie movement and rock&roll. The decoration and the worker´s clothes would be set on the 60-70´s. We would have ¨Vintage¨elements around the restaurant as well as ¨Volkswagen¨seats and jukeboxes, and representative paintings. We based our thought in the ¨Tommy Mel´s¨which is an american restaurant based on the 50´s. It would have special nights in which people would make performances as well as karaoke or we would put concerts on tv from old music leyends like Jimmy Hendrix, The Rolling Stones or The Beatles.
The difficulty we would have with this bussiness will be face off the costs of the products, the worker´s payments and the decoration costs. The reasons why it can succeed are many. The localization of our bussiness is such a good place because its in a busy street ¨Heron City¨ in las Rozas, people goes to the theater, shopping, dinner or just to spend the afternoon. The special discounts for students are for the schools close to the restaurant so that they can go after class. Also the different types of food and its procedence will bring us clients. The last thing we thought was that it will succeed for being one of a kind and innovating, sice american restaurants based on the old times are not abundant in Spain. It is an idea that will like everyone specially teenagers that will feel identified.

We want to donate 10% of our incomes to the preservation of natural parks from la Comunidad de Madrid as well as WWF or Earth´s Friends.
